I have had different dreams every night for the past week and they all end with someone doing this weird twitching and shaking, kinda like a seziur. Its really starting to scare me. When they start the shaking, I always wake up right after that but I dont really wake up. Like, the dream ends but my eyes are still closed.. It’s realy werid and scaring me. Does anyone know what this could possibly mean. You’d be a huge help! Thank.

My belief is that stressful dreams are so intense that they manifest themselves in the conscious mind rather than translating themselves into images and symbols that keep us from waking up.
I recall dreaming that I was dodging around and leaped out of bed in my dream and for real. I was stressed out and anxious at the time.
