What is the best book to interpret dreams and dream meanings?

WEll i want to know what my dreams mean and i really want to find out but i need a book to find out. So i need the best dream interpreting book.

You are the best interpreter of your dreams. Spirit speaks to you in symbols that you can understand and symbols that relate to you, symbols that have meaning for you. A book will never get you there. In fact, a book of self>dream meanings will just confuse you, because the symbols in your dreams are personal to you. The best way to unlock the secrets of your dreams is to keep a dream journal. Not every dream is a message. Significant dreams to put down in your journal will have a particular feel, vibrant colors, or strong emotion attached to them. These are the dreams you want to track. It can take years to develop and truly understand your dreams, but eventually you will learn the language of your soul, and you will be glad you ignored the book, because the language of your soul is quite beautiful and it promises to be rewarding. You can also ask your Spirit Guide to appear in a dream, give you a name, and offer help. There is a two-part video series at http://www.thezenfrog.com about Spirit Guides in dreams. The books are good for opening yourself to the possibilities, but I don’t believe the dream dictionaries are worth much. Dreams use highly personalized symbolism to highly personalized circumstances. I don’t believe a white dress means the same to you as it does to me. Still more so for a 15th century Chinese man.

As for the best book to get you started, I suggest you let that be personal, also. Just browse the available books until you find one that works best for you.

I have read many dream books and have to say that the ancient Egyptian book that I actually purchased is the best book on explaining dreams. It is called:

"The Fourth Sapphire Tablet of Malkhytzedek Tuthamenhaten-dreams"

Things really add up and you can use the advise given in this book.

    Good Luck!

You might find this weird or stupid or whatever,
but the beat book that I have used is the Bible..
I got off drugs about a year ago, and ever since
then I dream almost EVERY night. I canr tell you
what it is like to have dreams every night but its
weird.. The Bible talks about dreams, and I noticed
that many of the themes in my dreams show up
in there too.. Just a guess.. Some dreams have no
meaning, but others need to written down and
    documented for later examination
